Due for completion in Q2 2020, Acnos Pharma GmbH’s new purpose-built facility will be one to watch as they continue to expand and build out the business, establishing themselves on the main stage as a real contender in the pharmaceutical world. Calling on years of knowledge and experience in the industry and looking to the future, Acnos have meticulously and diligently designed the new 1,700m2 warehouse and office complex to ensure it not only complies with regulations but significantly exceeds them.
This will be complemented by a state-of-the-art Vaisala temperature monitoring system which allows for continuous monitoring, alarming and reporting, ultimately reducing risk, safeguarding products and improving environmental efficiency whilst providing accurate and secure records. Once implemented, Vaisala will perform a professional temperature mapping service of the whole facility.
Today, the groundwork and base plate are already completed, with the top-out ceremony due to take place in October. The ferro-concrete operations are currently in process, expected to complete in November 2019 and the electrical, HVAC and sanitary installations will be added in February 2020.
Most significantly, GDP qualification of the warehouse is anticipated for April 2020, ready for Acnos to move into the warehouse in May 2020 and seamlessly continue improving the lives of patients around the world.
